When you don’t have the time or the ability to visit your providers office for care, you can turn to telehealth. Our exceptional team offers telehealth to new and existing patients, giving you the ability to schedule a videoconference with your provider, receiving care while staying in the comfort of your own home.

When it’s time for your scheduled appointment, you can connect to the providers below. Each of our providers have a unique ZOOM channel that connects you directly to their office.

How to Zoom

What types of appointments may be completed via telehealth?
- Medication Refills
- Medication Follow-up, if no new symptoms
- Chronic disease follow-up for an established patient, if already seen in-person in the last year
- Behavioral health concerns, including anxiety or depression
- To discuss lab, imaging, or diagnostic results
- Referral needed
- Paperwork needs to be filled out (FMLA, support animal, etc.)
